基于钛质铆钉的低碳钢/钛电阻单元焊接接头的组织与性能

摘  要:以钛质铆钉作为单元件对2 mm厚的钛和Q235低碳钢板进行电阻单元焊。利用扫描电镜观察接头中各区域的微观组织结构,分析了焊接参数对接头抗剪载荷和十字抗拉载荷的影响。结果表明:低碳钢/钛电阻单元焊接接头的抗剪载荷与十字抗拉载荷随焊接电流、焊接时间的增加而呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当铆钉腿径为8 mm、焊接时间为300 ms、焊接电流为12 kA时,接头的抗剪载荷与十字抗拉载荷分别为11.26和7.39 kN。采用电阻单元焊焊接低碳钢/钛时,铆钉的腿径在4~8 mm范围内,所用铆钉的腿径越大,适焊窗口越宽。Resistance element welding was performed on 2 mm thick titanium and Q235 low-carbon steel plates using titanium rivets as element components.Microstructure of each region in the joint was observed using scanning electron microscopy,and the influence of welding parameters on the tensile shear load and cross tension load of the joint was analyzed.The results show that the tensile shear load and cross tension load of the resistance element welding joints of low-carbon steel/titanium show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of welding current and welding time.When the rivet leg diameter is 8 mm,the welding time is 300 ms,and the welding current is 12 kA,the tensile shear load and cross tension load of the joint are 11.26 and 7.39 kN,respectively.When using resistance element welding to weld low-carbon steel/titanium,the leg diameter of the rivet is within the range of 4-8 mm,the larger the leg diameter of the rivet used,the wider the range of welding parameters that can be selected.
