摘　　要：未来5—10年是推动我国区域协调发展的关键时期,缩小区域差距、实现共同富裕是主要任务。人口集中趋势加剧,人口流动呈现多样化,城乡和区域发展将面临更加复杂的不平衡挑战。为应对这一局面,需构建多中心、网络化、开放且集约的国土空间开发模式,优化产业布局,推动沿海城市群和重点都市圈的产业升级,促进创新链与产业链的协同发展。同时,应在战略腹地、区域联动和东北振兴等方面强化建设。为保障政策实施,需改革区域协调机构、优化财税体系,建立统一的空间信息平台。The next 5 to 10 years represent a critical period for advancing regional coordinated development in China.The primary objectives are to reduce regional disparities and promote shared prosperity.As population concentration intensifies,and migration patterns become increasingly diverse,the challenges of urban-rural and regional imbalances are becoming more complex.To address these issues,it is essential to establish a multi-centered,networked,open,and resource-efficient spatial development framework.This includes optimizing industrial layouts,advancing the industrial upgrading of coastal city clusters and key metropolitan areas,and fostering the integration of innovation and industrial chains.Furthermore,strengthening the development of strategic hinterlands,enhancing regional connectivity,and revitalizing the northeast region should be prioritized.To ensure effective policy implementation,reforms to regional coordination mechanisms,improvements to the fiscal and tax systems,and the establishment of a unified spatial information platform are necessary.
