摘　　要：工业设计作为高附加值生产性服务业,不仅是产业技术创新的重要一环,更是推动制造业延链提质、深度转型升级、加快形成新质生产力的有力手段,能够从研发端、生产端和需求端赋能制造业全链路高质量发展,并在优化产品质量、塑造品牌形象、加深产业融合等领域发挥关键作用。粤港澳大湾区是我国工业设计产业发展的桥头堡,在赋能区域制造业高质量发展上率先起步,取得了显著成效,但对标国际领先地区仍存在内部发展不平衡、链群发展不充分、龙头企业引领力偏弱等突出问题。结合新时代背景下工业设计数智化发展新趋势,粤港澳大湾区亟待从优化产业政策生态、强化高端创新载体建设、突出数字赋能效应、重视设计人才引培等方面进一步发力提升。As a high value-added productive service industry,industrial design is not only an important part of industrial technological innovation,but also a powerful means to promote the chain extension and quality improvement of manufacturing,deepen transformation and upgrading,and accelerate the formation of new quality productivity.It can empower the high quality development of the entire manufacturing chain from the research and development,production,and demand sides,and play a key role in optimizing product quality,shaping brand image,deepening industrial integration,and other fields.The Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area is the gateway for the development of China's industrial design industry,leading the country in achieving significant results in empowering regional manufacturing with high quality development in industrial design.However,compared to internationally leading regions,there are still prominent problems such as internal development imbalance,insufficient development of chain clusters,and weak leadership of leading enterprises.In light of new trends such as the digitization of industrial design in the context of the new era,the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area urgently needs to further enhance its efforts in optimizing the industrial policy ecology,strengthening the construction of innovation carriers,highlighting the digital empowerment effect,and attaching importance to the training of design talents.
