摘　　要：2024年5月18日,第五届中国区域经济学论坛在汕头大学召开,主题为“中国区域经济学的理论创新与学科建设”。本次论坛旨在探讨新时代中国区域发展的实践探索与理论创新。与会专家们围绕新质生产力、数字经济与区域经济空间重塑、要素配置与区域经济发展、区域高质量发展以及区域协调发展等主题进行了深入交流和探讨,为区域经济学科发展研究提供了思路与建议,为推动中国区域经济协调发展贡献了智慧力量。On 18 May 2024,the 5th China Regional Economics Forum was held at Shantou University,with the theme of“Theoretical Innovation and Discipline Construction of China Regional Economics”.The forum aims to explore the practical exploration and theoretical innovation of Chinese regional development in the new era.The experts had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the topics of new quality productivity,digital economy and regional economic space reshaping,factor allocation and regional economic development,regional high-quality development,and coordinated regional development,which provided ideas and suggestions for the development of the discipline of regional economics,and contributed to the wisdom of promoting China’s coordinated development of regional economy.
