摘 要:韧性城市建设作为未来城市应对灾害的主要措施,其规划理念已得到各界的广泛认可。在国土空间规划背景下,将“韧性理念”融入国土空间规划编制的各个环节中显得尤为重要。文章通过梳理韧性城市理念,分析我国韧性城市发展历程及现存问题,提出国土空间背景下韧性城市建设的体系框架以及韧性城市建设的建议。为我国国土空间规划背景下的韧性城市建设提供理论依据和研究方法。As the main measure to deal with disasters in the future,the planning concept of resilient city construction has been widely recognized by all circles.Within the context of national spatial planning,it assumes paramount importance to integrate the"resilience concept"into all facets of the territorial spatial planning.By combing the concept of resilient city,this paper analyzes the development process and existing problems faced by resilient city in China,and puts forward the system framework of resilient city construction and suggestions on resilient city construction under the background of territorial space.It provides theoretical basis and research methods for the construction of resilient cities under the background of national land spatial planning.
