摘 要:基于消费文化使历史街区转向商业化的保护发展模式成为主流发展趋势。文章以洛带古镇为例,探讨从利益与资本两个角度分析历史街区商业化空间的演变机制,将商业化模式下的历史街区划分为保留改造型、新增扩建型以及依附挤压型空间,阐述其空间特性及现状问题。基于空间生产理论,认为空间内核转换、空间开发过剩以及空间日常性缺失等导致三种空间类型出现了问题,并以此为依据尝试提出历史街区商业化开发的引导策略。Based on the consumer culture,it has become a mainstream development trend for historic districts to shift to a commercialized protection and development model.Taking Luodai Ancient Town as an example,this paper discusses the evolution mechanism of commercialized space of historical blocks from two perspectives of interests and capital,divides historical blocks under the commercialized mode into retention and transformation type,new expansion type and attachment and squeeze type space,and expounds their spatial characteristics and current problems.Based on the theory of space production,the paper considers that the transformation of space core,the overdevelopment of space and the lack of daily space lead to three types of space problems respectively,and on this basis,it tries to put forward the guiding strategy for the commercialization of historical blocks.
