摘 要:正向设计是现代城市轨道交通建筑工程设计的主要模式,有利于提升自主创新能力,提高设计方案的科学性、合理性、可行性。文章研究了基于BIM技术的城市轨道交通建筑正向设计,在掌握工程概况的基础上,分析了现阶段BIM技术应用存在的主要问题,明确了BIM技术具体应用目标,理顺了BIM技术应用架构,并重点强调了BIM技术在车站建筑正向设计的应用过程。通过实时协同设计和其他功能运用,获得了不错的应用成果,充分体现了BIM技术的应用价值。Positive design is the main mode of modern urban rail transit construction engineering design,which is conducive to enhancing independent innovation capabilities and improving the scientific,rational,and feasible design schemes.The paper studies the forward design of urban rail transit buildings based on BIM technology.On the basis of mastering the engineering overview,it analyzes the main problems in the current application of BIM technology,clarifies the specific application goals of BIM technology,organized the application architecture of BIM technology,and emphasizes the application process of BIM technology in the forward design of station buildings.Through real-time collaborative design and other functional applications,good application results have been obtained,fully reflecting the application value of BIM technology.
