摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,建筑行业正逐步向数字化和智能化转型。文章探讨了在项目管理中引入第五代移动通信技术(5G),建设智慧工地的建筑信息模型(BIM)云平台。通过分析5G技术和智慧工地的特点,以及BIM在建筑项目中的技术优势,提出了如何利用这些技术和管理平台,实现设计协同、建筑三维可视化和进度模拟、实时动态管理等目标。最后,通过案例分析和未来展望,展示了这些技术在提升建筑项目管理效率和质量方面的潜力和前景。With the rapid development of information technology,the construction industry is gradually transforming to digital and intelligent.This paper discusses the introduction of the fifth generation mobile communication technology(5G)in project management and the construction of building information modeling(BIM)cloud platform for smart construction sites.By analyzing the characteristics of 5G technology and smart sites,as well as the technical advantages of BIM in construction projects,this paper proposes how to use these technologies and management platforms to achieve design collaboration,building 3D visualization and progress simulation,real-time dynamic management and other goals.Finally,through case analysis and future prospects,it demonstrates the potential and prospects of these technologies in improving the efficiency and quality of construction project management.
