摘 要:根据相关统计分析,许多学校建筑工程使用中出现了很多问题,影响项目正常使用,而且还引发了比较严重的环境污染问题。文章研究了学校建筑施工管理创新及绿色施工管理方法,在掌握绿色施工概念的基础上,对学校建筑绿色施工管理的难点进行了详细分析,同时强调了施工用地保护、节水、节能、节材四个方面的施工管理创新措施。有助于转变传统施工管理模式,积极落实绿色施工管理要求,确保学校建筑更具节能性、环保性等价值,助力建筑行业可持续发展。According to the relevant statistical analysis,many problems have appeared in the use of many school construction projects,which affect the normal use of the project,and also cause more serious environmental pollution problems.This paper studies the construction management innovation and green construction management methods of school buildings.On the basis of mastering the concept of green construction,it analyzes the difficulties of green construction management of school buildings in detail,and emphasizes the construction management innovation measures in four aspects:protection of construction land,water saving,energy saving and material saving.It helps to change the traditional construction management mode,actively implement the green construction management requirements,ensure that the school building has more energy-saving and environmental friendly values,and help the sustainable development of the construction industry.
