摘　　要：智能建筑是现代国家建设中不可或缺的一环,伴随计算机科技的飞速发展,它已经融入人们的日常生活。现代家庭追求信息丰富、安全舒适的生活环境,而楼宇智能化技术正是实现这一愿景的关键。楼宇智能化技术是建筑技术演进的重要方向,不仅响应了商业市场的多元化需求,也为我国现代化进程增添了活力。文章深入探讨了智能建筑行业的发展现状及楼宇智能化技术的优势,详细分析了楼宇智能化技术在智能建筑中的主要应用领域,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。Intelligent buildings are an indispensable part of modern national construction.With the rapid development of computer technology,they have been integrated into people's daily lives.Modern families pursue information-rich,safe and comfortable living environments,and building intelligence technology is the key to realizing this vision.Building intelligence technology is an important direction for the evolution of building technology,which not only responds to the diversified needs of the commercial market,but also adds vitality to China's modernization process.This paper deeply discusses the development status of intelligent building industry and the advantages of intelligent building technology,analyzes the main application fields of building intelligence technology in intelligent building in detail,and looks forward to the future development direction.
