针刺治疗联合微针导入米诺地尔溶液治疗雄激素性秃发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺治疗联合微针导入米诺地尔溶液治疗雄激素性秃发的疗效。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的62例雄激素性秃发患者分成2组,每组31例,观察组采用针刺治疗联合微针导入米诺地尔溶液,对照组采用微针导入米诺地尔溶液。治疗周期为3个月,比较两组患者治疗前后的头部症状评分标准(脱发数量、油腻程度、瘙痒程度),毛发镜下毛发密度,观察两组患者治疗期间出现的不良反应及停药后的1个月复发情况。结果治疗3个月后观察组患者总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),终毛密度与总毛发密度均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),停药1个月后,两组均无复发案例。结论针刺治疗联合微针导入米诺地尔溶液治疗雄激素性秃发疗效确切,不仅可以增加患者头发密度,还能减少脱发、缓解瘙痒程度,且安全性高。Objective To explore the efficacy of acupuncture therapy combined with minoxidil solution introduced by microneedling in the treatment of androgenic alopecia.Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,62 patients with androgenic alopecia admitted to the outpatient clinic of our department were randomly divided into two groups:a combined group(acupuncture therapy combined with minoxidil solution introduced by microneedling)with 31 patients and a control group(minoxidil solution introduced by microneedling)with 31 patients.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and the head symptom score criteria(number of hair loss,degree of greasiness,degree of itchiness)before and after treatment,hair density under a trichoscope,adverse reactions during treatment,and recurrence 1 month after drug withdrawal were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the combined group was signifificantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The terminal hair density and total hair density were also signifificantly higher in the combined group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after treatment cessation,there were no r.2022.21.038.recurrent cases in either group.Conclusions Acupuncture therapy combined with minoxidil solution introduced by microneedling is effective in the treatment of androgenic alopecia,which can not only increase hair density but also reduce hair loss,alleviate itchiness,and has high safety.
