自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射在面部年轻化中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射在面部年轻化中的临床应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2024年6月河南整形美容医院收治的行面部年轻化的患者78例,全部采用自体脂肪移植术联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗,对面部轮廓改善情况及并发症进行观察。结果患者治疗后面部轮廓改善总有效率为92.31%(72/78)。治疗后患者额部、颞部皮下脂肪厚度均较治疗前明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗后均未出现感染、液化、硬结等并发症。结论自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射进行面部年轻化治疗可以有效改善面部轮廓,临床安全性较高。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of small particle autologous fat transplantation combined with type A botulinum toxin injection in facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 78 patients with facial rejuvenation admitted to Henan Plastic And Aesthetic Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected.All patients were treated with autologous fat transplantation combined with botulinum toxin A injection.The improvement of facial contour and complications were observed.Results The total effective rate of facial contour improvement was 92.31%.After treatment,the thickness of subcutaneous fat in frontal and temporal areas was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).No complications such as infection,liquefaction and induration occurred in all patients after treatment.Conclusions In the treatment of facial rejuvenation,the application of small particle autologous fat transplantation combined with botulinum toxin type A injection can achieve a higher effect of facial contour improvement,and the clinical treatment is safe.
