专项护理方案在皮肤软组织扩张术中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨专项护理方案在皮肤软组织扩张术中的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2023年12月于郑州市骨科医院在收治的42例行皮肤软组织扩张术治疗的患者,按护理方法不同将其分为两组,每组21例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础之上实施专项护理,分析两组患者术后恢复的效果。结果观察组患者创口愈合时间(10.25±2.12)d,少于对照组患者的(11.85±2.14)d,观察组患者伤口拆线时间(7.25±1.24)d,少于对照组患者的(8.62±1.21)d,观察组患者温哥华瘢痕量表评分为(6.25±1.12)分,少于对照组患者的(8.89±1.43)分,上述结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理干预后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤软组织扩张术后采用专项护理可以显著提高创口愈合的速度,改善瘢痕评分,可以降低患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪。Objective To explore the clinical effect of special nursing program in skin and soft tissue expansion.Methods A total of 42 patients with skin and soft tissue expansion treated in Zhengzhou orthopedic hospital from January 2018 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,21 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given special nursing on the basis of the control group.The effect of postoperative recovery of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results The wound healing time of patients in the observation group was(10.25±2.12)d,which was less than(11.85±2.14)d of patients in the control group;the wound suture removal time of patients in the observation group was(7.25±1.24)d,which was less than(8.62±1.21)d of patients in the control group;the Vancouver Scar Scale score of patients in the observation group was(6.25±1.12)points,which was less than(8.89±1.43)points of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing intervention were signifificantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions Special nursing after skin and soft tissue expansion can signifificantly improve the speed of wound healing,improve the scar score,and reduce the anxiety and depression of patients.
