摘　　要：雄激素性脱发是一种常见的毛发疾病,其病因复杂且病程漫长,通常在青春期发病,由毛发进行性变细变软而引起男女不同模式性外观改变,严重影响患者的生活质量。浓缩血小板制品是自体全血制备,富含生长因子、高浓度血小板等成分的浓缩液,具有促进组织再生、血管生成等作用,已广泛应用于面部皮肤年轻化、烧伤创面愈合等医学领域,本文将对浓缩血小板制品在雄激素性脱发中的应用进展进行简要综述。Androgenic alopecia is a common hair disease with complex etiology and a long course,it usually occurring during adolescence and causes different patterns of appearance changes in males and females due to the progressive thinning and softening of hair,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.Enriched Platelet Products are concentrated solutions prepared from autologous whole blood,rich in growth factors,high-concentration platelets,etc.They have the ability to promote tissue regeneration,angiogenesis,and are widely used in medical fifields such as facial skin rejuvenation and burn wound healing.This paper reviews the recent clinical applications of enriched platelet products in androgenic alopecia.
