摘　　要：乡村振兴的核心内容之一是人才振兴,高校是培养人才的主阵地,如何培养适应时代发展所需的高精尖人才,是目前涉农高校首要任务。文章分析乡村振兴为背景多学科交叉融合的智慧农业专业人才培养所面临的困境,提出人才培养改革对策,从课程体系、教师团队与导师制度、实践教学与产学研合作模式、跨学科交流与合作等4个方面构建多学科融合的智慧农业人才培养模式。One of the core contents of realizing rural revitalization is the revitalization of talents.Colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating talents.How to cultivate high-tech talents needed to adapt to the development of the times is the primary task of agricultural colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the training of intelligent agricultural professionals with multidisciplinary integration under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward the countermeasures for the reform of talent training.The training mode of intelligent agricultural talents with multidisciplinary integration is constructed from four aspects:curriculum system,teacher team and tutor system,practical teaching and industry university research cooperation mode,and interdisciplinary communication and cooperation.
