从“毒损心络”探讨国医大师南征治疗消渴心病经验

摘　　要：消渴心病相当于现代医学中糖尿病合并心脏病,是糖尿病并发症之一。国医大师南征提出消渴心病“毒损心络”病机学说。通过探讨消渴心病发病机制,认为“毒损心络”与消渴心病关系密切,其发病过程为消渴日久,缠绵难愈,络脉空虚,毒邪内生,自络而行,其先损及散膏,久之毒邪伏于孙络,渗及大络,损及心络,心之体用皆损,发为消渴心病。故从“毒损心络”角度探讨南征论治消渴心病临床经验,以期为中医药治疗本病提供借鉴。Consumptive thirst involving the heart in traditional Chinese medicine is referred to as diabetes mellitus with heart disease in modern medicine,and is one of the complications of diabetes.Nan Zheng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,proposed for thefirst time the pathogenesis theory of"toxins damaging heart collaterals"for it.This article explores the pathogenesis of consumptive thirst involving the heart,maintaining that"toxins damaging heart collaterals"is closely related to the disease,with its development undergoing the following phases:prolonged consumptive thirst,deficient collaterals,endogenous generation of toxins,spreading of toxins along collaterals,invading the tissue around the spleen,lurking in minute collaterals over time,seeping into major collaterals,damaging the heart collaterals,damaging both the heart and its function,and ultimately the development of consumptive thirst involving the heart.This article explores Professor Nan Zheng's clinical experience in the treatment of consumptive thirst involving the heart from the perspective of"toxins damaging heart collaterals",in order to provide reference for the treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
