牛膝与茺蔚子随证施量策略在高血压病治疗中的运用

摘　　要：高血压病是以体循环动脉血压持续升高为特征的综合征,可损害多靶器官。仝小林教授准确分析高血压病的病因病机得出“三期六态”理论,针对“虚态”“水态”型高血压合理运用靶药牛膝、茺蔚子,降压效果明显。随证施量策略可依据血压水平与患者症状以效择量、因势施量,提高中药疗效和安全性。Hypertension is a common clinical cardiovascular syndrome characterized by persistent elevation of blood pressure,which can lead to damage to multiple target organs.Professor Tong Xiaolin,based on accurately analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension,comes up with the"three phases and six states"theory.He symptomatically treats the disease with a"deficiency state"or a"water state"with target medicines of twotoothed achyranthes root and motherwort fruit,achieving a good therapeutic effect.It is verified that the strategy of determining dosage can be based on the fluctuation of blood pressure and patients’symptoms in hopes of improving the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine.
