摘　　要：目的探讨通痹复律安心加减方联合耳穴压豆治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择冠心病心绞痛患者98例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组予西医基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予通痹复律安心加减方联合耳穴压豆治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、心绞痛发作情况、心功能、生化指标水平、不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效结果总有效率(93.88%,46/49)高于对照组(77.55%,38/49)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作频次少于对照组(P<0.05),心绞痛持续时长短于对照组(P<0.05);2组心悸气短、胸痛胸闷、面色紫暗、身倦乏力、身体困重、痰多分值均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CO、LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD等心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Lp-PLA2、IL-6、Hcy、hs-CRP等生化指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通痹复律安心加减方联合耳穴压豆治疗冠心病心绞痛,可提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Tongbi Fulv Anxin prescription combined with auricular points pressing beans in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods From April 2022 to February 2024,a study was conducted on 98 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who strictly met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in our hospital.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 patients in each group.After admission,the control group received a basic western medicine treatment,while the observation group received a modified Tongbi Fulv Anxin prescription combined with ear points pressing beans on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,incidence of angina pectoris,heart function,biochemical index levels,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(93.88%,46/49)was higher than that in the control group(77.55%,38/49)(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of palpitations,shortness of breath,chest pain,chest tightness,dark complexion,fatigue and weakness,drowsiness,and excessive phlegm were decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CO,LVEF,LVESD,and LVEDD were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Lp-PLA2,IL-6,Hcy,and hs-CRP were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the modified Tongbi Fulv Anxin prescription combined with auricular points pressing beans for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can effectively relieve clinical symp
