摘　　要：目的探讨三味经方理血角药丹参、川芎、赤芍治疗血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法选择血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组予妇可婧胶囊治疗,观察组予三味经方理血角药丹参、川芎、赤芍治疗,比较2组临床症状和体征改善时间、临床疗效、炎症反应、血流动力学指标、安全性及复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组症状和体征缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效(86.67%,26/30)高于对照组(63.33%,19/30)(P<0.05),观察组炎症反应和血流动力学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三味经方理血角药丹参、川芎、赤芍在改善血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症证候和体征、缩短病程方面具有优势,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the triplet medicines of danshen root,Sichuan lovage rhizome,peony root in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with the syndrome of blood stasis.Methods Sixty patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with the blood-stasis syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was treated with Fukejing capsules,while the observation group was treated with the triplet medicines of danshen root,Sichuan lovage rhizome,peony root for regulating blood.The improvement in clinical symptoms and signs,clinical efficacy,inflammatory response,hemodynamic indicators,safety,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the two groups were comparable in terms of age and disease duration(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in safety observation indicators before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed significantly shorter relief time of symptoms and signs compared to the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy in the observation group(86.67%)was higher than that in the control group(63.33%)(P<0.05).The observation group had lower inflammatory response and hemodynamic indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The triplet medicines of danshen root,Sichuan lovage rhizome,peony root has advantages in improving the symptoms and signs,shortening the disease course of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with the blood-stasis syndrome,with a lower recurrence rate compared to oral Fukejing capsules,showing significant clinical efficacy.
