清热益气法治疗气阴两虚型消渴多汗症

摘　　要：目的探究清热益气法治疗气阴两虚型消渴多汗症的临床疗效。方法选择气阴两虚型消渴多汗症患者72例,随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组采用胰岛素泵与依帕司他治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合清热益气法方剂治疗,2组治疗周期均为4周,2组均随访3个月。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率(88.9%,32/36)高于对照组(72.2%,26/36)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医症状积分、多汗症积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低治疗前(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月随访,观察组多汗症积分、空腹血糖、餐后2h糖化血红蛋白指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热益气法方剂联合降糖、营养神经治疗气阴两虚型消渴多汗症,可调节机体气血阴阳平衡,改善神经功能,临床疗效明显。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the method for clearing heat and benefiting qi in the treatment of hyperhidrosis of consumptive thirst with the syndrome of both qi and yin deficiency.Methods A total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Endocrinology of Dalian Second People's Hospital,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin pump combined with epalrestat(50mg,3 times a day),while the observation group was treated with a decoction for clearing heat and benefiting qi on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for three months.Results The total effective rate(88.9%,32/36)was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(72.2%,26/36)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and hyperhidrosis in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After a 3-month follow-up,the hyperhidrosis scores,the levels of fasting blood glucose,and 2-hour postprandial glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hyperhidrosis of consumptive thirst with the syndrome of both qi and yin deficiency,the decoction for clearing heat and benefiting qi combined with methods for reducing blood glucose and nourishing nerves can regulate the balance of qi,blood,yin and yang in the body,improve nerve function,and have significant clinical efficacy.
