穴位按摩联合电针治疗慢性疲劳综合征

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合电针治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法选择82例慢性疲劳综合征患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组予常规临床干预,观察组在对照组基础上予穴位按摩联合电针治疗。观察2组治疗前后疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分、疲劳评定量表(FAI)评分、疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)评分、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分、简式McGi1l疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分、正性-负性情绪量表(PANAS)评分、生活质量评分(GQOL-74)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)指标变化,比较2组临床疗效结果总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组FS-14评分、FAI评分、FSS评分、ESS评分、SF-MPQ评分、负性情绪评分、IL-4指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),正性情绪评分、GQOL-74量表各维度评分、IFN-γ均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效结果总有效率(92.68%,38/41)高于对照组(75.61%,31/41)(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合电针慢性疲劳综合征患者,可缓解慢性疲劳综合征的疲劳程度和疼痛症状,改善主观情绪状况,提高生活质量,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.Both groups received routine clinical interventions,and the observation group also received a combination of acupoint massage and electroacupuncture treatment.The fatigue scale 14(FS-14)scores,the fatigue assessment instrument(FAI)scores,the fatigue severity scale(FSS)scores,the Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)scores,the simplified McGi1l pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores,the positive and negative affect scale(PANAS)scores,the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)scores,the changes in the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the total effective rate was compared between the two groups.Results The FS-14 scores,the FAI scores,the FSS scores,the ESS scores,the SF-MPQ scores,the negative emotion scores,and the level of IL-4 in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),while the positive emotion scores,the scores for each dimension of the GQOL-74 scale,the IFN-γlevel were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(92.68%,38/41)was higher than that in the control group(75.61%,31/41)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint massage combined with electroacupuncture can effectively alleviate the fatigue and pain symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome,and help improve the subjective emotional status of patients,which improves their quality of life,with significant clinical efficacy.
