摘　　要：目的探讨透穴埋线治疗过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的临床疗效及对患儿症状积分、免疫炎性反应的影响。方法选择过敏性鼻炎患儿120例,随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予西替利嗪糖浆治疗,观察组给予透穴埋线治疗。2组均治疗4周,治疗后均随访2个月。比较2组治疗4周后临床疗效结果,随访2个月后复发率,治疗前与治疗2周、4周后临床症状积分,治疗前、治疗4周后免疫指标及炎症反应,治疗期间安全性。结果观察组治疗4周后临床疗效总有效率(93.33%,56/60)高于对照组(80.00%,48/60)(P<0.05);观察组随访2个月后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周后,观察组各临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗4周后,2组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平均升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);血清嗜伊红性白血球阳离子蛋白(ECP)、免疫球蛋白(IgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)水平均降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论透穴埋线治疗过敏性鼻炎,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,调节患儿免疫炎性反应指标,减少复发率,临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)and its impact on the symptom scores and immune inflammatory responses in children.Methods The research subjects were selected from AR children who received treatment at Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021,with a total of 120 cases.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cetirizine syrup,while the observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 2 months after treatment.The clinical efficacy(after 4 weeks of treatment),rate of recurrence(after 2 months of follow-up),the scores of clinical symptoms(before treatment,2 and 4 weeks of treatment),immune indicators,and inflammatory reactions(before treatment and 4 weeks of treatment),and safety(during treatment period)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment(93.33%,56/60)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%,48/60)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 2 months of follow-up(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),and interleukin-2(IL-2)in both groups were all increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),immunoglobulin(IgE),eosinophil(EOS),and interleukin-4(IL-4)were all decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,neither group of children experienced any serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding for AR ca
