端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷改性环氧树脂耐受性能研究

摘  要:采用异辛酸铋(IBAOB)作为催化剂,加入不同质量分数的端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HTPDMS)与692-2KA型环氧树脂合成一系列改性环氧树脂,使用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对产物进行结构表征,结果表明环氧树脂与HTPDMS发生了缩聚反应。对固化体系进行了XRD衍射,对XRD衍射曲线进行分析,结果表明改性后固化物衍射角在20°附近衍射峰较改性前要弱很多,这说明固化了48 h后,改性后固化物的固化度更高。通过凝胶实验和耐温性能、力学性能、水接触角和耐水性能等方面的测试,研究了不同质量分数HTPDMS对环氧树脂性能的影响。结果表明,HTPDMS体系环氧树脂损失了部分拉伸性能,但表现出了更好的耐水性能和耐温性能,同时硬度和疏水性也得到了提升,其中HTPDMS20%环氧树脂体系耐受性能和固化程度最好,这表明端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷改性环氧树脂具有较好的耐受性能,有望在实际工程中得到广泛应用。Bismuth isocapylate was used as catalyst to synthesize a series of modified epoxies by adding different mass fractions of hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(HTPDMS)and 692-2KA epoxies.The structure of the products was characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The results showed that polycondensation reaction occurred between epoxy resin and HTPDMS.The XRD diffraction of the curing system was carried out,and the XRD diffraction curve was analyzed.The results showed that the diffraction angle of the modified cured substance was much weaker at 20°than that before modification,which indicated that the modified cured substance had a higher curing degree after curing 48 h.The effects of different contents of HTPDMS on the properties of epoxy resin were studied by gel test,temperature resistance,mechanical properties,water contact angle and water resistance tests.The results showed that the epoxy resin of HTPDMS system lost some tensile properties,but showed better water resistance and temperature resistance.Meanwhile,the hardness and hydrophobicity were also improved,among which the HTPDMS20%epoxy resin system had the best tolerance and curing degree,showing that the modified epoxy resin with hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane has good tolerance and is expected to be widely used in practical applications.
