摘  要:玻璃由于表面亲水而易受污染,限制了其应用。将硅酸乙酯(TEOS)以一定的比例与氨水、乙醇混合搅拌,制备成SiO_(2)溶胶,将其喷于玻璃表面,随后采用低表面能物质十八烷基三氯硅烷(ODTS)对其表面进行修饰,成功制备具有超疏水性能的玻璃。采用扫描电子轨道显微镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪等对制备的玻璃表面的微观形貌及润湿性进行表征。结果表明:超疏水玻璃表面粗糙度大大增加,其对水的接触角为158°,滚动角为6°,具有优异的疏水性。自清洁实验结果表明,该方法制备的超疏水玻璃具有优异的自清洁性能,此外经过耐热性实验发现,其疏水性未发生较大改变,具有优异的耐高温性能。使用该方法制备的超疏水表面具有较好的应用性。Glass is susceptible to contamination due to its hydrophilic surface,which limits its application.The ethyl silicate(TEOS)was mixed with ammonia and ethanol in a certain proportion to prepare SiO_(2) sol,which was sprayed on the surface of the glass,and then the surface was modified by the low surface energy substance octadecyl trichlorosilane(ODTS),and the glass with super hydrophobic properties was successfully prepared.Scanning electron orbit microscope(SEM)and contact angle measuring instrument were used to characterize the surface morphology and wettability of the prepared glass.The results showed that the surface roughness of the superhydrophobic glass was greatly increased,and the contact angle to water was 158°and the rolling angle was 6°,showing excellent hydrophobicity.The self-cleaning experiment showed that the superhydrophobic glass prepared by this method had excellent self-cleaning performance.In addition,the heat resistance experiment showed that its hydrophobicity did not change greatly,and it had excellent high temperature resistance performance.The superhydrophobic surface prepared by this method has good application.
