摘  要:使用共沉淀法制备了Ni-Ti-LDHs作为载体,选用布洛芬(Ibuprofen,IBU)作为客体,采用离子交换法制备不同复合比的IBU-LDHs杂化物,并运用XRD、SEM、TG-DTG以及FT-IR等技术加以表征。XRD和SEM分析初步表明布洛芬成功插层LDHs中。同时TG-DTG分析结果得出IBU-LDHs杂化物热稳定性提高。结合FT-IR分析发现插层后的LDHs特征峰改变,因此进一步证明在杂化过程中NO3-被布洛芬阴离子替换出来并和羟基结合发生类酯化反应。这些结论为药物与LDHs杂化机理的研究提供了理论依据。Ni-Ti-LDHs was prepared by using coprecipitation method and selected as the carrier,ibuprofen(IBU)was selected as the object in this experiment,changing the molar ratio of IBU to LDHs,IBU-LDHs hybrids were prepared by ion exchange method,and IBU-LDHs hybrids were characterized by XRD,TG-DTG,FT-IR,SEM and other means.XRD and SEM analysis results preliminarily showed that ibuprofen intercalated into LDHs.TG-DTG results indicated that the thermal stability of IBU-LDHs increased.FT-IR results showed that the characteristic peaks of intercalated LDHs changed,so it was further demonstrated that ibuprofen anion exchanged with NO3-and esterification reaction occurred through binding to hydroxyl during the hybridization process.These conclusions offer theoretical basis for the research of the hybrid mechanism of drug and LDHs hybridization.
