摘 要:工业管道泄漏形成的可燃气云浓度分布往往是不均匀的,为了模拟工业可燃气体泄漏爆炸,并提高计算的准确性,以平行梯度浓度气云爆炸为研究对象模拟工业可燃气云爆炸过程,分别以均匀气云、多层具有平行梯度浓度的不均匀半球形气云为研究对象,模拟了工业可燃气体泄漏导致气云爆炸特性。还以3层平行浓度气云为例,研究了点火位置、浓度分布对氢气气云爆炸的影响。结果表明:与均匀分布气云相比,具有梯度浓度的气云产生的爆炸冲击波明显减弱,且氢气浓度分布越不均匀、点火位置处氢气浓度越低,产生的爆炸超压越小。研究结果为氢气气云爆炸后果预测及事故预防提供数据参考。The concentration distribution of combustible gas cloud formed by industrial pipeline leakage is often uneven.In order to simulate the explosion of industrial combustible gas leakage and improve the accuracy of calculation,the explosion process of industrial combustible gas cloud was simulated with parallel gradient concentration gas cloud explosion as the research object,and the characteristics of gas cloud explosion caused by industrial combustible gas leakage were simulated with uniform gas cloud and multi-layer heterogeneous hemispherical gas cloud with parallel gradient concentration as the research object.The effects of ignition position,concentration distribution on the explosion of hydrogen gas cloud were studied by taking three parallel concentration gas clouds as examples.The results showed that compared with the uniformly distributed gas cloud,the explosion shock wave generated by the gas cloud with gradient concentration was significantly weakened,and the more uneven the hydrogen concentration distribution and the lower the hydrogen concentration at the ignition position,the smaller the explosion overpressure generated.The results of this paper provide data reference for the prediction of the consequences of hydrogen gas cloud explosion and accident prevention.
