摘 要:为了解决回转窑-矿热炉工艺中能源浪费问题,基于计算流体力学(CFD),建立了三维气固两相燃料混合燃烧计算模型,采用FLUENT软件对回转窑不同比例的煤粉与矿热炉炉气的混合燃烧进行了模拟分析,建立了气固两相混合燃烧的数学模型,探究了不同燃料比例下回转窑内温度场的分布。结果表明:不同燃料比例下回转窑内部的速度矢量呈轴对称分布,且随着气体燃料的增加,火焰峰值温度逐渐降低,高温区的范围逐渐增大,焙烧区的煅烧带的长度由14.9 m增加到18.2 m。In order to solve the problem of energy waste in the rotary kiln-electric furnace process,based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD),a three-dimensional gas-solid two-phase fuel mixed combustion calculation model was established.FLUENT software was used to simulate and analyze the mixed combustion of pulverized coal and furnace gas of submerged arc furnace with different proportions in the rotary kiln,a mathematical model of gas-solid two-phase mixed combustion was established,and the distribution of temperature field in the rotary kiln under different fuel proportions was explored.The results showed that the velocity vector inside the rotary kiln exhibited an axisymmetric distribution under different fuel ratios,and with the increase of gas fuel,the peak flame temperature gradually decreased,the range of high temperature zone gradually increased,and the length of the calcination zone in the calcination zone increased from 14.9 m to 18.2 m.
