摘　　要：围绕丙烯腈装置典型的腐蚀案例阐述相应原因,介绍丙烯腈装置工艺介质的腐蚀特性,并从多角度提出了腐蚀控制措施,旨在延长丙烯腈装置设备的使用寿命,减少跑、冒、滴、漏事故的发生,降低生产中的安全隐患,促进装置安全平稳生产,为相关化工防腐研究提供一定的参考。The typical corrosion cases of acrylonitrile plants were described,the corrosion characteristics of the process media of acrylonitrile plants were introduced.Aiming at extending the service life of acrylonitrile plant and equipment,reducing the occurrence of equipment leakage accidents,reducing safety risks in production,and promoting the safe and stable production of acrylonitrile plant,corrosion control measures were proposed from multiple perspectives.The paper can provide some reference for the research of chemical anti-corrosion.
