摘 要:文章通过对现有地下工程复合式结构防水技术标准、设计方案及施工工艺进行调研,结合城市轨道交通工程地下车站渗漏的数据统计,对地下车站侧墙及底板外包防水技术的实际应用效果进行了全面的分析,从渗漏水病害成因、堵漏费用和防水分项工程造价的角度,指出当前双层外包卷材防水难以解决现有防水存在的问题,应将双层外包卷材防水性能作为研究重点并提出针对性建议,为地下工程防水设计和施工提供了重要参考。This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the actual application effect of the external wrapping waterproof technology for the side walls and bottom plates of underground stations in urban rail transit projects,based on a survey of existing standards,design schemes,and construction technologies for composite structure waterproofing in underground engineering,and combines the statistical data on water leakage in underground stations.From the perspectives of causes of water leakage,repair costs,and sub-item engineering costs of waterproofing,it is proposed that the current double-layer external wrapping membrane waterproofing technology is difficult to solve the existing waterproofing problems,and that the performance of double-layer external wrapping membrane waterproofing should be studied as a research focus and relevant suggestions should be put forward.This provides important reference for waterproofing design and construction of underground engineering.
