摘 要:为解决宁马城际地下车站混凝土早期开裂及渗水的危害,以优选原材料和优化配合比为基础,制备低温升高抗裂混凝土,使其满足7 d绝热温升不超过45℃,28 d自生体积变形仍然超过200με。文章结合工程施工特点,合理设计分段长度,控制施工生产混凝土的温度与工作性能,将其应用至宁马城际板桥站主体结构侧墙中。通过结构中心监测的数据结果表明,与类似结构相比,抗裂混凝土侧墙有效降低结构温升达25%,结构中心处变形远超过对比侧墙。现场持续跟踪3个月,发现应用段侧墙裂缝数量降低率达到75%,裂缝控制效果明显。Based on the selected raw materials and optimization of the mix ratio,low-temperature elevated anti-cracking concrete was made to solve the problem of early cracking and water leakage of concrete in the underground metro station of Ningma Intercity Project.The anti-cracking concrete meets the requirements of a 7-day adiabatic temperature rise of no more than 45°C,and 28-day self-generated volume deformation still exceeded 200με.Combined with the characteristics of the project,the segmented length was reasonably designed,the temperature and working performance of the concrete were controlled,and anti-cracking concrete was applied to the side wall of the main structure of Banqiao Metro Station in Ningma Intercity Project.Compared with similar structures,anti-cracking concrete can effectively reduce the temperature rise of the structure by 25%,and the deformation at the center of the structure is much higher than the reference side walls.After continuous on-site tracking for 3 months,it was found that the number of cracks in the side wall of the application section was reduced by 75%,and the crack control effect was obvious.
