摘 要:为分析采用全钢结构基坑支护设计与施工的技术特点,文章以南京某基坑工程的设计和实施为背景,对钢板桩与钢围檩连接、钢立柱与钢支撑连接以及钢立柱止水等技术措施做了较为详细的介绍,并对比分析了基坑水平位移计算和实测情况。结果表明:计算和实测的基坑水平位移变化趋势基本一致,且开挖至坑底时实测的水平位移值略小于计算值,而拆除支撑时实测的水平位移值明显大于计算值,但整个基坑处于安全状态,常见问题的技术处理措施在工程实践中取得了较好的效果。In order to analyze the technical characteristics of the design and construction of pit support using all-steel structure,the design and implementation of a pit project in Nanjing is taken as the background.The technical measures such as the connection between steel sheet piles and steel purlins,the connection between steel columns and steel supports,and the stopping of water in steel columns are introduced in detail.Additionally,the calculation and measurement of the horizontal displacement of the pit are analyzed in comparison.The results show that the calculated and measured trend of horizontal displacement of the foundation pit is basically the same.The measured horizontal displacement value when excavating to the bottom of the pit is slightly smaller than the calculated value,while the measured horizontal displacement value when removing the support is obviously larger than the calculated value.However,the whole foundation pit is in a safe state,and the technical measures for dealing with the common problems have achieved a better effect in the engineering practice.
