摘 要:文章以扶海-马塘220 kV线路改造工程中输电杆塔混凝土灌注桩基础为研究对象,通过有限元计算分析了采用高压注浆法修复混凝土灌注桩断桩的效果,并与断桩和正常桩的性能进行对比。通过有限元计算结果可知,高压注浆法修复断桩的抗压、抗拔承载力分别可达正常桩的93%和84%以上,证明了采用高压注浆法修复混凝土灌注桩断桩的可行性及有效性。同时,分析了断桩缺陷位置和缺陷厚度对高压注浆法修复断桩效果的影响规律。Taking the concrete-poured pile foundation of the Fuhai-Matang 220 kV line reconstruction project as the research object,this paper analyzes the effect of repairing the broken piles of concrete-poured piles using the high-pressure grouting method through finite element calculation and compares it with the performance of the broken and intact piles.The results of finite element calculation show that the compressive and pull-out bearing capacities of the repaired broken piles using the high-pressure grouting method can reach over 93%and 84%of the normal piles,respectively,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of repairing broken piles of concrete-poured piles using the high-pressure grouting method.At the same time,the influence of the defect location and defect thickness on the effect of repairing broken piles using the high-pressure grouting method is analyzed.
