摘　　要：EPC模式下园林绿化建设项目中,发包人要求对项目成功起着极其重要的作用。文章通过案例详细剖析了园林绿化建设项目发包人要求的常见问题,并针对关键问题提出了具体的发包人要求要点,旨在为发包人与承包方之间的有效沟通与项目顺利推进提供指导。In landscaping construction projects under the EPC mode,employer's requirements play a crucial role in the success of the project.This paper provides a detailed analysis of common issues related to the requirements of the employer in landscaping construction projects through case studies and proposes key points regarding employer's requirements to address critical issues,aiming to provide guidance for effective communication between employer and contractor,and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
