摘 要:目前,国内核电站无论在建安阶段还是运维阶段,对不锈钢水池缺陷处理均采用干室环境下的焊接修复。营造干室环境需要耗费大量时间与人力,且在核电厂运行较长时间后更加难以实现。基于水下局部干法,研制出一套可实现水下运载+水下局部干法焊接的设备,通过补板法完成对乏燃料水池钢覆面缺陷的焊接修复,为核电厂乏燃料水池水下壁面缺陷维修提供技术基础。Currently,both during the construction and operation phases of domestic nuclear power plants,welding repairs for defects in stainless steel water pools are carried out in a dry environment.However,creating a dry environment requires a significant amount of time and manpower,and becomes even more challenging after the nuclear power plant has been in operation for a long time.This article,based on underwater partial dry methods,has developed a set of equipment that can achieve underwater transportation+underwater partial dry welding.Welding repairs for defects on the surface of stainless steel in the spent fuel pool are completed using the plate patch method.This provides a technical foundation for the underwater wall defect repair of spent fuel pools in nuclear power plants.
