摘  要:针对目前铸造行业所使用的浇包烘烤器烘烤时间长、烘烤火焰不充分、能源利用率不高,以及使用操作不便等问题,设计制作了一种节能倒立式铁液浇包及烘烤装置,该装置属于铸造技术领域,具体涉及一种节能倒立式铁液浇包烘烤装置的设计应用。对原铁液浇包烘烤设备装置进行节能、智能改造后,实现了烘烤器的智能烘烤、高效运维、持续节能、提升烘烤效果,以及提高铸件质量等目标。In view of the current issues in the casting industry such as long baking time,high baking flame,low energy utilization,and inconvenient operation,we have designed an energy-saving inverted iron pouring package and baking device.This device belongs to the field of casting technology and specifically involves a technology and application of intelligent second-generation regenerative type iron package baking equipment.After the transformation of this energy-saving,intelligent,and regenerative iron baking equipment,we have achieved goals such as intelligent baking,efficient operation and maintenance,continuous energy saving,improved baking effect,and enhanced casting quality.
