摘　　要：创意产业集聚可通过引入就业岗位和服务设施改变原有城市空间和功能,实现城市更新。文章以黄山市中心城区三江口地块创意社区规划概念设计为例,基于实地调研和问卷调查,结合黄山市的人口政策,在借鉴其他国家及省市创意社区建设的基础上,探讨城市更新背景下创意社区规划的理念和原则,设计出具有徽州传统特色和现代风格的创意社区。旨在提升中心市区空间品质,激发阳湖镇片区创新创意潜力,为黄山市引进创新人才和促进黄山高质量发展做出贡献。The agglomeration of creative industries can change the existing urban space and functions,introduce employment opportunities and service facilities,and achieve urban renewal.The emergence of creative industry parks will inevitably have multiple impacts on surrounding residential areas,which simultaneously affect the development of creative industry parks.This paper takes the conceptual design of talent community planning of Sanjiangkou plot in the central urban area of Mount Huangshan as an example,based on field research and questionnaire survey,combined with the population policy of Mount Huangshan City,and on the basis of drawing lessons from the construction of creative communities in other countries,provinces and cities,to design creative communities with Huizhou traditional characteristics and modern style.The purpose is to introduce innovative talents for Mount Huangshan City,stimulate the innovation and creativity potential of Yanghu Town,and develop Yanghu Lake in a high-quality way and improve the space quality of the central urban area.At the same time,explore the concepts and principles of creative community planning in the context of urban renewal.
