摘 要:鉴于恶劣环境下消防小车工作稳定性差、底盘失效频率高等特点,考虑消防小车在变载荷作用下底盘弹簧板响应特征的不同,建立变载荷下的消防小车底盘弹簧板仿真分析方法。文章基于有限元分析理论,首先给出弹簧板仿真分析流程;其次考虑变载荷作用下的弹簧板材料、弹簧板尺寸、螺栓安装位置对弹簧板受力状态的影响,进行了有限元应力应变分析。仿真结果表明,变载荷与弹簧板的应力水平和变形量成正比关系,弹簧板的材料、尺寸以及螺栓安装位置是影响该弹簧板应力水平和变形量的重要因素,仿真结果对有效降低弹簧板的应力水平和变形量、提高小车的安全稳定具有重要的意义。In view of the poor working stability and high undercarriage failure frequency of fire fighting trolley under harsh environment,a simulation analysis method of fire fighting trolley undercarriage spring plate under variable load is established considering the different response characteristics of fire fighting trolley spring plate under variable load.Based on the finite element analysis theory,the flow of spring plate simulation analysis is given.Considering the influence of spring plate material,spring plate size and bolt installation position on the stress state of spring plate under variable load,the finite element stress-strain analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that the variable load is proportional to the stress level and deformation amount of the spring plate,and the material,size and bolt installation position of the spring plate are important factors affecting the stress level and deformation amount of the spring plate.The simulation results have important significance for effectively reducing the stress level and deformation amount of the spring plate and improving the safety and stability of the trolley.
