摘  要:针对气门摇杆轴支座结构相对比较复杂、加工技术要求比较高、零件需要加工的表面比较多的问题,通过对气门摇杆轴支座零件的分析、零件工艺规程设计、零件夹具设计等步骤设计了专用加工夹具以满足批量生产。在工艺方面,根据机床选择和严格标准进行了的工序设计。在夹具设计方面,采用一个平面两个V形块进行定位限制六个自由度,用两个回转压板和活动V形块固定手柄来夹紧工件,防止工件产生倾覆和振动,较好地解决了零件加工需求和各表面加工精度控制的要求,满足了该零件产品的生产加工质量要求,保证了零件加工的可靠性。Regarding to the issues that valve rocker shaft support structure is relatively complex,machining technology requirements are high and part needs to be machined on more surfaces,a specialized machining fixture is designed to meet the mass production requirements by the valve rocker shaft support part analyzing,processing specifications designing and fixture development.In terms of process,process design has been carried out based on machine tool selection and strict standards.In terms of fixture design,a plane with two V-blocks is used in this fixture to position and limit six degrees of freedom,two rotary pressure plates and movable V-block handles are used to clamp the workpiece,In this way,turnover and vibration can be prevented,part machining requirements and precision control on surface processing are better solved,and part machining reliability is guaranteed.
