摘 要:为研究低风阻、轻量化材质导流罩,提升重型卡车燃油经济性、动力性和节能减排,文章基于陕重汽某车型完成大导流罩车初步造型面及结构设计,对比不同材质大导流罩的重量发现,聚氨酯复合(PHC)材质导流罩降重明显。通过计算机辅助工程(CAE)模拟仿真,其约束模态、强度、刚度满足要求。PHC蜂窝夹层复合材料生产工艺成熟,可在重卡导流罩及其他外饰件上应用。In order to study the low wind resistance,lightweight material guide cover,improve the fuel economy,power performance,energy saving and emission reduction of heavy duty trucks.Based on a model of Shaanxi truck,the concept a surface and structural design of large guide cover are completed,comparing the weight of large guide cover of different materials,and the weight reduction of polyurethanes composites(PHC)material guide cover is obvious.Through computer aided engineering(CAE)simulation,the constraint mode,strength and stiffness meet the requirements.PHC honeycomb sandwich composite production process is mature,can be applied in heavy truck guide cover and other external accessories.
