陕西商州区博物馆馆藏书画文物表面微生物分析研究

摘　　要：本研究针对陕西商州区博物馆馆藏书画文物表面疑似微生物污染的污斑进行了深入研究。通过取样、分离、纯化及培养等步骤,系统分析了污斑中的微生物,采用ITS内转录间隔区片段测序,成功鉴定出12种真菌,其中枝孢属和青霉属各2株、曲霉属3株,交链孢属、蓝状菌属、根霉属、裂褶菌和酵母菌各1株。In this study,the suspected microbial fouling on the surface of calligraphy and painting relics in Shangzhou District Museum of Shaanxi Province was studied.Through sampling,isolation,purification,culture and other steps,the microorganisms in the stain were sys⁃tematically analyzed,and 12 fungi were successfully identified by using ITS transcription spacer fragment sequencing,including 2 strains of Cladosporium and Penicillium,3 strains of Aspergillus,and 1 strain of Alternatispora,Cyanomyces,Rhizopus,Schizophylla and yeast.
