摘  要:随着年龄的增加,包括心血管疾病、代谢性疾病等在内的多病症发病率急剧增加,给患者家庭和社会带来巨大的经济负担。大量基础及临床研究发现小檗碱,天然中药黄连的主要生物活性成分,具有抗高血脂、高血糖和高血压的药理活性。最新研究表明小檗碱延长果蝇和衰老小鼠的健康寿命,抵抗细胞早衰,是一种抗心血管衰老的天然药物。本文将综述小檗碱在抗心血管衰老相关疾病中的作用及机制,为小檗碱的开发利用提供理论依据。The prevalence of various diseases,such as cardiovascular and metabolic diseases,has significantly risen with advancing age,resulting in substantial economic strain on patients and their families.Extensive research,both in basic and clinical settings,has demonstrated the anti-hyperlipidemic,hypoglycemic and anti-hypertensive properties of berberine,the primary bioactive constituent of the traditional Chinese medicine coptis.Recent investigations have further indicated that BBR extends the lifespan of drosophila and aging mice and that it mitigates premature cellular aging,both suggesting its potential as a natural anti-aging pharmaceutical agent.This article aims to examine the role and mechanism of berberine in the context of cardiovascular diseases associated with the process of aging.
