摘  要:液冷式电池热管理系统中的液冷板是有效控制电池温度的关键部件。在液冷板流道内布置离散、倾斜和交替排列的槽肋,以此为原型对液冷板建模和热仿真。仿真时探讨了槽肋朝向形状、槽肋行和列的数目、入口流速和放电倍率等条件对温控效果的影响。结果表明:呈波浪形槽肋的液冷板的综合性能和均温性较好;槽肋行5列7的液冷板均温效果较佳。相比于传统直流道液冷板,新型液冷板散热性能得到了提升。Temperature control of batteries is the key to improving battery performance,which needs to be realized by a battery thermal management system(BTMS).Among them,the liquid-cooled battery thermal management system(BTMS)is the mainstream research object nowadays.Liquidcooled plate,as one of the core components of heat dissipation in liquid-cooled battery thermal management system,plays a key role in optimizing the temperature control target of the battery.Therefore,a new type of liquid-cooled plate with a discrete,inclined,and alternating arrangement of ribs and grooves inside the plate was designed.The effects of orientation,the number of rows and columns,the inlet flow rate,and the discharge multiplier on the temperature control target and the flow power consumption were analyzed by numerical simulation of the new rib-grooved liquid-cooled plate.The results show that:among the four structural design schemes with different rib-grooved orientations,the wavy scheme 4 has better overall performance and temperature uniformity;the cell performance is superior when the number of rows is 5 and the number of columns is 7;the cooling performance and fluid flow performance of the new rib-grooved liquid-cooled plate is related to the inlet flow rate and discharge multiplier;compared with the traditional straight channel liquid-cooled plate,the performance of the new rib-grooved liquid-cooled plate is improved.
