摘 要:海洋与大气波导是大地测量、军事海洋学和海洋与气候环境变化的重要信道资源和通道机制,文章聚焦海洋波导环境,以海上大气波导为出入口,围绕海洋及其大气波导发生规律、分类区划、内在关联和重要影响做简要综述,并依据当前研究现状不足和理论技术需求加以总结,提出几点研究展望。结果表明:海洋行星波导对海洋气候年际、年代际变率起关键性作用,海洋跃变层与地形波导对海洋声波传播具有重要调制影响。全球变化背景下,海洋波导及其传播通过调控海洋与气候环境变化,对海上大气波导环境的演变产生重要作用贡献。我国对海洋及其大气的波导环境和内在关联研究相对薄弱,建议加强海洋与大气波导环境空天地海一体化探观测,深化学科交叉融合与理论探索,发展海洋及其大气波导诊断方法、传播影响机理分析和预测预报研究,强化海洋与大气波导环境耦合关联与作用影响,开辟波导气候学研究新思路和新途径。集成数据驱动与人工智能,聚焦动态性与气候变化适应,构建海洋与大气联合波导功能与风险区划技术方法体系和标准,坚持总体国家安全观,提升海洋与大气波导环境综合评估与决策应对服务效能,实现海洋环境国家安全保障与国防现代化新质生产力发展。Ocean waveguides are important channel resources and mechanisms for geodesy,military oceanography,and also oceanic and climatic environmental changes.This paper focuses on the ocean waveguides environment,with marine atmospheric duct as the entry and breakthrough.A brief overview is provided around the occurrence patterns,classification and zoning,intrinsic association and crucial impacts of ocean waveguides and marine atmospheric duct.Based on the current research status and key technical requirements,several research prospects are proposed.The results show that the oceanic planetary waveguide plays a key role in the interannual and interdecadal variability of the oceanic climate,and the oceanic thermocline and topographic waveguide has an important modulation effect on the propagation of ocean acoustic waves.In the context of climate change,ocean waveguides and their propagation play an important role in the evolution of marine atmospheric duct environments by regulating ocean and climate environmental changes.Research on the waveguide environments and intrinsic associations of the ocean and the marine atmosphere of China is relatively weak.It is suggested to strengthen the survey and observation of the waveguide environment of the ocean and the marine atmosphere based on the Space-Air-Ground-Sea integration,deepen the interdisciplinary integration and theoretical exploration,develop the waveguide diagnostic methods,propagation impact mechanism analysis and prediction research of the ocean and the marine atmosphere,and open up new ideas and pathways for the research on the waveguide climatology of the ocean and the marine atmosphere with strengthening their intrinsic essential associatons and impactions.Meanwhile,constructe dynamic and climatic adaptive method system and standards for united waveguide function and risk zoning by integrating data-driven and artificial intelligence.It is suggested to adhere to the overall national security concept,enhance the effectiveness of waveguide environmental assessment an
