湛江市方斑东风螺产业发展现状及对策

摘　　要：湛江市是广东省水产养殖大市,有着“对虾之都”“金鲳鱼之都”“生蚝之都”等美誉,其中贝类产品在湛江市水产品产量中占有重要地位。文章以湛江市新兴养殖品种方斑东风螺为研究对象,探究其养殖发展状况,为后续东风螺产业发展提供参考。通过实地调研以及专家访谈的方式,对目前湛江市方斑东风螺养殖产业发展现状进行调查,针对养殖过程中出现影响产业发展的因素进行剖析评价。调查研究发现湛江市方斑东风螺产业发展主要存在以下问题:(1)养殖过程中缺乏优质种苗;(2)养殖过程中病害频发;(3)缺乏水产专业技术人才支持;(4)养殖规划不合理,养殖污染问题日益严重;(5)市场开发力度不够。以上几点问题成为制约湛江市方斑东风螺产业发展的重要问题。针对产业发展中存在的现实问题,从实际生产角度出发提出一些针对性措施,引导方斑东风螺产业持续健康稳定发展。Zhanjiang City is a major aquaculture city in Guangdong Province,known as the“capital of shrimp,”“capital of pomfret,”and“capital of oysters.”Among them,shellfish products play an important role in the production of aquatic products in Zhanjiang City.The paper takes the emerging breeding variety of square spotted Dongfeng snail(Babylonia areolata)in Zhanjiang City as the research object,explores its breeding development status,and provides reference for the subsequent development of Dongfeng snail industry.Through field research and expert interviews,this study investigates the current development status of the Fangban Dongfeng snail breeding industry in Zhanjiang City,and analyzes and evaluates the factors that affect the industry′s development during the breeding process.A survey and research have found that the development of the Fangban Dongfeng Snail industry in Zhanjiang City mainly faces the following problems:(1)a lack of high-quality seedlings in the breeding process;(2)Frequent occurrence of diseases during the breeding process;(3)Lack of support from aquatic professional and technical talents;(4)Unreasonable aquaculture planning and increasingly serious aquaculture pollution problems;(5)Insufficient market development efforts.The above issues have become important constraints on the development of the Fangban Dongfeng Snail industry in Zhanjiang City.In response to the practical problems in industrial development,targeted measures are proposed from the perspective of actual production to guide the sustainable,healthy and stable development of the Fangban Dongfeng Snail industry.
