摘 要:深入研究地铁施工中的风险管理问题,对于提高地铁建设的安全性和效率具有重要意义。文章通过构建贝叶斯网络模型,优化地铁施工风险管理,以降低地铁施工坍塌事故的发生概率。研究基于2008年—2022年间中国地铁施工坍塌事故数据,结合专家经验,构建贝叶斯网络模型。该模型以深圳地铁13号线“8·22”事故为案例,应用价值流图对施工过程进行细致梳理,将具体数据输入贝叶斯网络模型,验证模型的有效性,进而根据分析结果提出一系列针对性的风险管理措施,并绘制未来价值流图。相关研究可为地铁施工安全管理提供新的视角和工具,同时也为相关领域的风险评估和管理提供参考和借鉴。Carry out in-depth research on risk management issue in metro construction is of great significance for improving the safety and efficiency of metro construction.This article optimizes the risk management of metro construction by constructing a Bayesian network model to reduce the probability of metro construction collapse accident.The research establishes a Bayesian network model based on the data of metro construction collapse accidents in China during the period of 2008-2022,combined with the experience of experts.The model takes the“8·22”accident of Shenzhen metro line 13 as a case study,applies the value stream diagram to carefully refine the construction process,inputs the specific data into the Bayesian network model,verifies the validity of the model,and then proposes a series of targeted risk management measures based on the analytical results,and draws the future value stream diagram.The relevant research could provide new perspectives and tools for the safety management of metro construction,as well as references and a case to build on for risk assessment and management in relevant fields.
