摘　　要：In 1980,scientist Klaus von Klitzing discovered the quantum Hall effect[1],a groundbreaking achievement that earned him the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1985.This discovery was a significant milestone in condensed matter physics,representing the first identification of topological quantum states.
