摘　　要：总结了技术转移模式研究水平趋势和上海、浙江、江苏等先发地区技术转移的模式,提出了若干启示与借鉴:强化“市场机制”,不断创新激发成果转化主体活力动力;强化“场景驱动”,充分发挥应用场景在成果转化中的示范作用;强化“拨投结合”,大幅提高财政资金支持科技成果转化的效能;强化“科技中介”,充分调动技术经纪人在成果转化中的积极性。The research trends on technology transfer models and the specific models employed in advanced regions such as Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Jiangsu is summarized.It further proposes several insights and references,strengthening the‘market mechanism’to continuously innovate and stimulate the vitality and momentum of entities engaged in technology commercialization,emphasizing‘scenario-driven’approaches to fully leverage the exemplary role of application scenarios in technology commercialization,enhancing the‘combination of funding allocation and investment’to significantly improve the efficiency of financial support for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,and reinforcing the role of‘technology intermediaries’to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of technology brokers in technology commercialization.
