摘 要:黄磷副产物磷铁的大量堆积导致环境污染、资源浪费且附加值降低。以磷铁、浓硝酸、氢氧化钠为原料,采用浸取-重结晶法制备磷酸钠,考察了温度、反应时间和氢氧化钠浓度等因素对产率的影响。以产率为响应值,通过Design Expert软件设计和优化了磷铁制备磷酸钠实验。通过响应面分析法的预测与实际实验验证,获得较优工艺条件:反应温度50℃,反应时间30 min,氢氧化钠浓度50%,产率可达77.54%。通过浸取-重结晶法,将黄磷副产物磷铁制备成磷酸钠,实现了变废为宝、绿色回收的理念,提高磷铁的有效利用率。The large accumulation of phosphorus and iron in the by-product yellow phosphorus leads to environmental pollution,waste of resources and beduction of added value.Sodium phosphate is prepared by leaching-recrystallization method with ferrophosphorus,concentrated nitric acid and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.The effects of temperature,reaction time and sodium hydroxide concentration on the yield are investigated.Taking the yield as the response value,the experiment of preparing sodium phosphate from ferrophosphorus is designed and optimized by Design Expert software.Through the prediction of response surface analysis and the actual experimental verification,the optimum process conditions are obtained,the reaction temperature is 50℃,the reaction time is 30 min,the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 50%,and the yield can reach 77.54%.Through the leaching-recrystallization method,the yellow phosphorus by-product ferrophosphorus is prepared into sodium phosphate,which realizes the concept of turning waste into treasure and green recovery,and improves the effective utilization rate of ferrophosphorus.
