摘 要:通过水热法制备Co_(3)O_(4)泡沫镍电极材料。研究了不同反应温度对Co_(3)O_(4)纳米超薄片的电化学性能影响,并对制备所得的材料进行结构表征。为了考察样品的电化学性能分别进行了循环伏安性能测试和恒电流充/放电性能(CD)测试。结果表明,140℃下制备的电极材料的电容性能较好,且随着电流密度的增加(1~10 A/g),其电容的保持率高达90.87%,且循环伏安性能测试和恒电流充/放电性能测试结果一致。并且从其循环600次的比容量数据可知,其比容量依然没有下降,表明其具有较好的电化学性能。Co_(3)O_(4)nickel foam electrode materials are prepared by hydrothermal method.The effects of different reaction temperatures on the electrochemical properties of Co_(3)O_(4)nanosheet are studied,and the structure of the prepared materials is characterized.In order to investigate the electrochemical properties of the samples,cyclic voltammetry performance test and constant current charge/discharge performance(CD)test are carried out respectively.The results show that the electrode material prepared at 140℃has better capacitance performance,and with the increase of current density(1~10 A/g),the capacitance retention rate is as high as 90.87%,and the results of cyclic voltammetry performance test and constant current charge/discharge performance test are consistent.From its specific capacity data of 600 cycles,it can be seen that its specific capacity still does not decrease,indicating that it has good electrochemical performance.
