基于“经络别通”应用殷氏发蒙针法治疗神经性耳鸣临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在“经络别通”理论指导下取穴,应用殷氏改良发蒙针法治疗神经性耳鸣的临床价值。方法将按照纳入标准收集的患者92例按照其治疗意愿分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予口服中药治疗,观察组在口服中药的基础上根据“经络别通”理论选穴应用殷氏改良发蒙针法行针刺治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者耳鸣强度及疗效评价。结果观察组患者治疗后耳鸣严重程分级及疗效评价均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在“经络别通”理论指导下选穴应用殷氏改良发蒙针法治疗神经性耳鸣临床疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical value of Yin's modified famous acupuncture for neuropathic tinnitus under the guidance of"meridians and collaterals separate"theory.Methods 92 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to their treatment intentions.The control group was given oral Chinese medicine treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment based on the"meridians and collaterals separate"theory.The tinnitus intensity and curative effect evaluation of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the severe degree of tinnitus and curative effect evaluation of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of"meridians and collaterals separate"theory,the clinical effect of Yin's modified famous acupuncture for neuropathic tinnitus is definite,which is worthy of clinical reference.
